Finance Administrator

An enthusiastic team player needed for fast paced finance department, accuracy and attention to detail is essential.  Duties to processing invoice, paying suppliers and liaising with purchasing department.  Experience in a finance environment is desirable as is working within a close team.  The working hours for the role are 8:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday.  We are market leaders in our field and therefore need applicants to be able to demonstrate the appropriate skills and ability to succeed within a successful business environment.

Production Planning Manager

This important role managing our special order processes from our print house partners through to delivery will involve the management of delivery times across numerous suppliers, liaise with customers as to artwork and lead times, deal with suppliers when lead times aren’t met or quality falls below standard and working with the QC manager to ensure product is produced to required standard.

Regional Account Manager for Manchester

We currently have a vacancy for an regional account manager in our newly created hub of excellence in the Manchester area covering the north west territories. In this role you will secure new accounts and develop existing relationships for Blake with the aim of increasing revenue by working in partnership with design agencies, printers, mailing houses, paper merchants, postal suppliers, print management companies, brokers and also with leading end-user organisations within sectors including: Fashion, Beauty, Retail, Automotive, FMCG, Financial Services, Corporate, Public Sector, Leisure and third sector organisations.

Although based in Manchester, the role will include managing and developing existing Blake accounts in, maximising revenue streams by upselling/cross-selling and presenting new solutions.

You will also Explore opportunities for digital, multi-channel, envelope, print and POS marketing solutions, ensuring Blake benefits from new income streams (effectively a broker service), where appropriate, using specially sourced suppliers. Becoming the external and highly responsive contact for enteral Blake staff.

Supply Chain Analyst

This role important role is pivotal to the success of our company, whilst doing the job well will largely go un-noticed by the rest of the business, doing it poorly will have dramatic effects on service and customer satisfaction. You will monitor customer demand and ensure current and future supply is aligned to provide appropriate service levels.

You will plan strategic stock levels by item and by warehouse for our full portfolio of products, propose scheduling and planning improvements to location-specific plans, as well as building and maintaining a high level forecast through collaboration with sales and product management ensuring promotional and new product introduction forecasts are incrementally added.

This role involves building and maintaining product-based forecasts to a targeted level of accuracy to ensure delivery of sales plans, identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, implement improvement plans.

You will be a key member of the Procurement and Supply Chain team, working with colleagues to deliver improvements, whilst you develop and report on key supply and demand indicators.

Warehouse Operative

Working in a warehouse that delivers over 2 billion envelopes to 1000 customers each year requires a talented and organised team.  We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic warehouse operative to join our demanding and fast paced warehouse environment.  You will be confident working in a close team in a large warehouse with experience of using the following machinery; (CB) counter balance fork lift truck, (PPT) pedestrian operated pallet truck and (VNA) very narrow aisle fork lift truck.

The warehouse is operational 16 hours per day Monday to Friday and there are two shift patterns, your duties will include unloading vehicles, picking orders and putting goods away.  As market leaders in our field, you will need to be able to demonstrate the accuracy and attention to detail that is required to succeed within a successful business environment.

Digital Marketing Executive

Due to an increase in the growth of our ecommerce activity and subsequent sales performance we have a new vacancy in the Marketing Department for a Digital Marketing Executive. This will be a challenging and varied role, but offers a great deal of autonomy and decision making with regards to planning and implementation of new digital marketing practices for the brand.

Key responsibilities will include; The development and delivery of marketing activity across digital acquisition channels – SEO, PPC, Display and Social to drive online conversion, awareness and digital engagement for the business. Support the management of SEO strategies to maintain and improve ranking, as well managing the upload and promotion of content across website and social media channels.

The role sits within a small fast-paced marketing department, therefore we are seeking a candidate that is self-motivated, eager to learn and has a good grounding and strong working knowledge of the key digital marketing best practices and associated tools.
